Paediatric surgery
I have specific training in paediatric surgery and regularly operate on children for common conditions such as hernias, maldescended testes and thyroglossal cysts.
Gosford Hospital has excellent facilities in the children’s ward and operating theatre, including paediatric trained anaesthetists for children to safely undergo appropriate surgery here on the Central Coast. For some complex conditions or special requirements referral to a tertiary centre such as Westmead Children’s Hospital, may be required.
